Learning Innovations works with learning organizations around the world to strengthen individual and group skills in innovation and collaboration. Working as a project coordinator and leveraging a global network of thought leaders, Dan Gilbert helps faculty, students, administrators, and project planners increase efficiency and effectiveness in learning.
Learning Innovations conducts workshops on the intersection of learning and technology. Ranging from two hours to two weeks, Dan creates programs that explore topics such as leveraging social media for learning, creating globally-collaborative courses, bringing design thinking to education, and designing learning spaces. Audiences have included students and instructors from pre-school through graduate school, non-profit organization leaders, and museum administrators.
Dan works with schools, libraries, museums, and other organizations to design learning spaces and design learning activities into existing spaces. Learning Innovations can share best practices and lessons learned in the design, operation, and evaluation of learning spaces. We help leaders and educators articulate specific goals for spaces that can be communicated to architects and planners.
